As an SBA 8(a) Minority-Owned Small business and trusted Department of War contractor, JVR LLC brings proven capability, responsive service and a strong commitment on every project.  JVR LLC was founded in 2017 by Mr. Javier Villarreal. With over 20 years of experience in government contracting, Mr. Villarreal and our team, bring extensive knowledge and expertise in federal  projects and compliance. One of the key advantages of partnering with JVR is our hands-on leadership approach and rapid responsiveness. Our President, remains actively involved  and is accessible to support clients and assist with any aspect of a project at any time.  JVR LLC is committed to supporting local talent and subcontractors while investing in workforce development through our growing Electrician Apprentice Program, helping foster the next generation of skilled professionals.
